About Garleff Coaching and Consulting Group

It wasn't until recently that I decided to go big or go home. I've been running my own consultancy business for decades. The first iteration was founded in Germany as AIM Consulting. Garleff Coaching and Consulting Group is different - not just me anymore, but a team of incredible coaches and collaborators who work together in various constellations, depending on what the project and objectives are. Together, we help people all over the globe elevate their careers, build better businesses and create better workplaces.

Our 10 experienced coaches are from a variety of industries, countries and cultures, and career stages. Each one of our coaches has received specialized coaching training and practice a culture of peer-mentoring. You may work with just one coach, or call on a variety of talent and perspectives to help illuminate your path forward. Our version of coaching is a little different than what you may have seen or experienced elsewhere. It's not simply a brilliant conversation - we're coaches who collaborate with you toward concrete milestones and goals. We dig in, and help you succeed.
